ECONOMIC THING OF THE WEEK (4 min. watch)
What: The Myth Of The 80 Hour Workweek (For Some People)
Why: Because apparently people don’t always like working a lot instead of not working, and that oftentimes work gets in the way of things that people would rather be doing. It also reasonably shows that some jobs care about the reason why you aren’t working, even if it doesn’t really matter. Real take away – don’t work for a “a global strategy consulting firm with a strong U.S. presence” (whatever that means).

What: NSA Surveillance Is Not Constitutional
Why: Because the Patriot Act apparently didn’t do enough to give the NSA power to tap into all phone calls to protect Americans from terrorists. Don’t worry, it soon will. However, the 4th Amendment isn’t dead yet!
