Why: Because bitcoin fell a whole lot after an exchange in South Korea was hacked.

Why: Because although this ruling avoids making a bigger claim about whether or not cakes represent religious freedom grounds to discriminate against gay people, you should read Justice Ginsburg’s dissent if you want to understand why this is such a cop out of a ruling.

Why: Because Anthony Bourdain passed away. He brought so much joy and thought into how food is an integral part of all cultures, and what ties us all together. I will miss his viewpoint on the world. Bourdain’s suicide was preceded by news that Kate Spade, namesake and designer for the brand of preppy, colorful workwear and accessories, also passed away. Both took their own lives. It is hard to imagine how two people seemingly on top of their fields could be in so much pain, yet here we are.

VIDEO GAME THING OF THE WEEK (4 min. read)
What: E3 Is Here
Why: Because the next year of gaming looks great. Ones you should look out for are Fallout 76, Metro Exodus; Anthem; Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice; Forza Horizon 4, and Cyberpunk 2077.
